Tamalli's products are alive. They are the result of an ongoing and fruitful dialogue between the ancestral knowledge and our passion for the culinary arts.  

Our products were created considering the modern consumer needs. The result: Lighter Tamallis with a careful selection of ingredients that makes a light and versatile food that can equally be consumed as breakfast, dessert or as a basis for a meal.  
Our tamales are a successful mix of a number of components from several latitudes that revitalize our alimentary roots and allow then to embrace new markets. This is the case for our gourmet tamales, which distinguish themselves by its cylindrical and elongated shape, adopted from some tamales from Chiapas, and the little colored laces which are tied to the edges and indicate the flavor. We dared to innovate for more than a decade, recreating traditional Mexican recipes to offer a new product that doesn't loose its roots.
