The Art of the Tamale

For us, the tamale's preparation is a ritual. We have kept the knowledge from the prehispanic kitchens, mixing new flavors with the corn and hand-wrapping or tying every tamale with the care and dedication that such a quality product requires. Our variety was decided after a rigourus seleccion from over 170 flavors, selecting for 2007 a line of products made of 28 tamales and 6 atoles, which were considered to be the best from the wide range of products we have made.
